Can I keep my current phone number and phone company?
Yes. Most business landline and VoIP numbers can be text-enabled without touching your calls. You sign a short authorization and upload the first page of your latest bill; we handle the rest. Mobile and Google Voice numbers can't be text-enabled — pick a new local number instead.
What is carrier registration (10DLC)?
US carriers require every business texting from a regular 10-digit number to register who they are and what they send. We collect that during signup and submit it for you. Brand checks usually finish in minutes; campaign approval usually takes one to three business days.
What do I need to sign up?
Your website, your legal business name and EIN exactly as they appear on your IRS letter, your business address, and a card. Sole proprietors can register with a mobile number that receives a one-time text.
How are texts counted?

What happens when someone replies STOP?
They're opted out instantly, get one confirmation, and can't be messaged again until they reply START. HELP sends your help message. Every first message includes "Reply STOP to opt out."
Do you check my messages before they send?
Yes — content carriers prohibit (adult, hate, alcohol promotions, firearms, tobacco, cannabis, gambling, risky lending, scams) is blocked, and spam-looking messages ask you to confirm before sending.
